Chongqing Xiexiang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly Chongqing Rujiji Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is located in the Qinggang Industrial Park of Bishan District, Chongqing, just 2 kilometers from the Chengdu–Chongqing Expressway entrance, enjoying extremely convenient transportation access. Established in 2002, the company primarily manufactures and sells a wide range of motorcycle crankshaft pins and automotive piston pins. With over two decades of specialized experience in producing motorcycle crankshaft pins, the company occupies approximately 6 mu of land, with factory facilities spanning more than 3,000 square meters. It is equipped with over 80 pieces of production equipment, including high-precision centerless grinders, dedicated drilling machines, CNC chamfering machines, several CNC lathes, and dozens of other essential machining tools. As a professional manufacturer of motorcycle crankshaft pins, the company has also invested in a comprehensive suite of inspection equipment: a metallographic cutting machine, microscope, and hardness tester for analyzing heat-treated microstructures; as well as a roundness tester, projector, surface roughness meter, comparators, three‑coordinate measuring machine, and spectrometer to assess dimensional and geometric accuracy, and surface finish.
The company currently employs 70 people, including over 50 frontline workers, 8 production management and sales personnel, and 4 technical staff. On average, it produces and sells 800,000 motorcycle crank pins per month, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 1.2 million units.
The company’s products are sold both domestically and internationally. By supplying crankshaft components to leading motorcycle manufacturers such as Meixin, Yuxiang, Jiaxing, Ganghui, Yiyang, and Jiantong, its products have been integrated into the supply chains of well-known domestic brands including Zongshen, Lifan, and Loncin. Additionally, the company’s products are directly exported to countries including Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and Vietnam, earning high praise from overseas customers.
