What are the causes of motorcycle crankshaft damage?

In the process of using the car, we will find that there are many reasons that can cause the motorcycle crankshaft and crankshaft pin damage, so what are the reasons for the motorcycle crankshaft damage:
(1) The main bearing and connecting rod bearing are ablated many times, and the supporting force of the ablated part is weakened, the radial runout of the shaft is frequent, and the stress changes after the root is ablated, so the fracture occurs between the root of the shaft and the crank arm.
(2) The gap between the adjacent main bearings is too large, especially the gap between the last two main bearings and the first two main bearings is too large, and the fracture often occurs at the root of the connecting rod journal of the 2 and 5 cylinders (take a six-cylinder engine as an example). This is because there is a flywheel behind the crankshaft and a belt pulley in front. If the force at both ends of the crankshaft is too heavy, the radial runout is frequent. In addition, the impulse of the front and rear cylinders is broken at the crank arm.
(3) The main bearing is worn too much, loose for a long time, and the fracture occurs in the rear half of the crankshaft.
